Our Shipping Promise

At Vionelle, we know that when you're expecting, waiting shouldn't be part of the experience. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or Irish public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Delivery Times & Rates

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us at vionellecare@gmail.com.


Delivery Attempts

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • Your courier will leave a delivery notification card
  • A redelivery attempt may be made the following business day
  • You may be able to collect your parcel from your local depot or arrange redelivery via the courier's app or website

Vionelle is not responsible for parcels that are uncollected after failed delivery attempts.


Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While we always aim to meet estimated delivery windows, Vionelle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Irish public holidays
  • Courier disruptions or strikes
  • Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout

If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to investigate and assist.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a full replacement or refund.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Vionelle cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at vionellecare@gmail.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.


Packaging

All Vionelle orders are packaged with care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We use clean, protective packaging that reflects the quality of what's inside.
